Mike Mckinney
Mike’s love for cooking and the outdoors grew into a love for gardening in the mountains. In 2015, Mike moved from Washington state looking for adventure. He enjoys skiing, climbing and biking with friends. His favorite crop to grow are beets.
Alexander Schenck
Alex lived in Germany, Miami, and began calling Park City home in 2008. He loves exploring the beauty of nature through backpacking, backcountry skiing and more. He doesn’t have a favorite crop, however, his favorite thing to pull out of the garden is fresh ingredients for a salad that he will eat minutes after he picks it. “You cannot purchase this flavor in a grocery store.”
